How do I submit a reservation request?
If you’re ready to book a FUE hair transplant surgery on Harmony Clinic, you can send a request to the team member to book a reservation. We have enough capacity with over years of experienced medical team members who perform the operations 7 days of week. Therefore, Harmony Clinic is flexible with your requested dates.
You are also able to select multiple dates, as well.
Note: We might not be able to make the operations in cases there are over inquires or official holidays in Turkey.
Please be aware that this is a REQUEST ONLY – we cannot guarantee there will be availability at Harmony Clinic for the date(s) you request. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you have been booked the flight and provided us the flight information.
Note: There is NO deposit or prepayment for booking. Payment is made at the hospital before the surgery begins.

Wait for the Harmony Clinic team member’s response. Harmony Clinic has 24 hours to reply, but most reply within a few hours.
If your request is accepted, you’ll be asked flight information for the reservation. When the flight information is received by you, we will confirm the actual booking.
How Far in Advance Should You Book Your Flight to Make the Reservation of Surgery?
Always earlier booking is better to secure the date, any case. However, 10-15 days notice would be enough time for us to make the reservations.
Though, we can still make the immediate reservations if you are looking for last minute.
